description: praxis skills — session bootstrap (megapraxis) and its self-auditor (metamegapraxis). Apply when the user asks to be oriented ("catch me up", "what's the status", "bootstrap", "where were we") or asks to audit the bootstrap / run a trap roll-call.

<!-- Place this file at .cursor/rules/praxis.mdc. Install the package's praxis/skills/ and
     HARNESS.md somewhere readable in the workspace (e.g. ./intrikata-stack/), adjusting paths
     below. Source: https://docs.intrikata.com -->

Two executable skill procedures live under `praxis/skills/`; `HARNESS.md` alongside them maps
their Claude-Code-specific primitives to generic equivalents.

- Orientation / session-start requests → read `praxis/skills/megapraxis/SKILL.md` and execute
  it. It emits a short, disk-verified briefing; without a praxis backend (see BACKEND.md) use
  its filesystem-fallback path — a designed mode, not an error.
- Bootstrap-audit requests → read `praxis/skills/metamegapraxis/SKILL.md`, execute audit mode.

Contract: every emitted claim corresponds to a truth on disk; uncomputed counts render
`count-skipped`; undecidables are named, never absorbed.
